Relias Troubleshooting
If you're using the app and the screen won't rotate: it's probably because you have your screen lock on and need to turn it off
If you're doing it on the computer and nothing is coming up: it's probably because you have a pop-up blocker on. You need to allow the Relias pop-up in your settings
Caregiver Responsibilities with Clients

· Bathing
· Dressing Assistance

· Shaving ( Electric Razor Only)

· Transferring with a Gait belt, Hoyer lift, or other assistive devices.
We are a NON-Medical Agency.
A Personal Attendant / Caregiver CANNOT:
•Give enemas/suppositories
•Cut fingernails, toenails, or hair
•Administer eye drops
•Dress wounds
•Give Injections
•Monitor vital signs
•Give massages
•Perform heavy cleaning, wash windows, climb ladders, or move heavy objects
· Draw medication into a syringe or give medication from a prescription or OTC containers (You can ONLY remind). Make sure the client takes medication. If the client refuses, contact the office.
